Ok, I think it's time to stop lurking and get out of the dark.

I'll tackle it as soon as I get my hands on it, alas, I still have my 
job ... ( i'm an electrical engineer unluckily stranded in software 
engineering ).

By the way, some years ago I read a book by the german author Uwe Timm
that dealt with german occupation and suppression in Deutsch-SÏdwestafrika. 
I can't remember the title right now but i can look it up if anybody on the 
list is interested.

At last, sorry for bad english, misspellings, ... still trying ;-)
