No, it's not.  And if you ignore 'em, they (usually) go away.  And if
they don't then you can killfile 'em.  If a newsgroup is too
annoying, or not useful, then quit reading it.  I don't have usenet
either, but I'm not going to go Baptist on somebody that may be having
fun somewhere else. :-)

What is DCNY?  I really don't get it either, and like to think I'm
a little clued in.   I apologize if you explained this in an
earlier note, my mail here to the outside has been a little erratic
lately.
