the woman in Miracle Mile is Denise Crosby but she has a pretty minor role in
the whole film. and the protagonist is Anthony Edwards (from ER) who plays this
guy who's a real big band enthusiast. what's great about the film is how the
build up the tension once Edwards' character finds out what's going on and then
how everything goes ballistic. also, most of the film plays out in near close to
real time which also adds to the tension and excitement. a very well done film
that even features a musical score from Tangerine Dream.
