Banana peels

Speaking of bananas and the East Village, has anyone seen the new Velvet
Undergroun Boxed Set?  There is a removable vinyl banana on the cover of
the box.  Aside from the phallic connotations of a banana (thanks yet
again, Freud) does anyone know if the Velvet intended there to be any
narcotic effect from bananas?
