Slow learner

Just bought Billy Bragg's _The Internationale_, released on CD by 
Utility records, and I notice that the leaflet carries mail order 
details for a disc called _Slow learner_ by Blake Babies. Anyone know 
anything about this disc, the band, and TRP influences?
