White Bike of Amsterdam

Here in Tampa, FL there is an "Orangecycle" program in the works, slated
to be in operation by New Year's Day.  In addition to Portland, OR
(already memtioned), I believe that Seattle has a yellow bike program and
that Denver has a slightly different type of program where companies
sponsor individual bikes which in turn advertise the company, or something
like that.
