Delillo's new book

Just read a wire story about an aucton to be held this week by publishers
over Don Delillo's latest book, entitled "Pafko at the Wall".

It is reported as a "1400-page epic framed around the 1951 World Series in
which the New York Giants beat the Brooklyn Dodgers on a dramatic home run
by Bobby Thompson, with Andy Pafko watchingit sail over the fence."

"It's rally about the nuclear threat and the Cold War."
