GRGR(0): published editions, covers

In honor of the GRGR, I am retiring my now coverless Bantam copy.  When I
purchased it in 1981 in a bookstore in Grand Central on my way to
freshman orientation at Ga. Tech, it had a gold cover with a rocket atop
a rainbow plum on the right side.  That fell off about the third time I
read it.  The pages have yellowed and gone brittle, the type is tiny, and
there's no room for notes in the margin, but it did have the advantage that
I could stick it in my hip pocket in case of emergency.
