Thanks for the tip. A review reprinted in South Africa from the UK's 
_Guardian_ featured an interview with Norfolk in which he expressed 
his utter admiration for TRP. In particular as I recall he emphasised 
the way in which TRP was able to work so much detailed scientific 
information into the text without ever interrupting the flow of 
narrative.
