I vaguely remember us having a short discussion on the Farina quote in 
connexion to to the von Braun quote that comes right after it. I think I 
mentioned back then that probably allusions of farina appear in the book 
under different masks (not just the obvious one of Slothrops dead(?) 
friend tantivy). Now that we are doing the General reading is the chance 
to discover some of these presences... I will try to keep this in mind 
while we are doing the reading but i think you are more "proffesional" 
than i am on TRP.
