Almost but I think your `have a ba-na -na' has one syllable wrong

Well, given what Osbie is doing with the banana in triplets to do it 3
times for every beat is quite a pace. How old is he?
But, I think you are righ that the triplets are on each beat. Not only
are the initial `Yadada' and the trailing `have a ba-' triplets but
the `ya da' pairs are triplets with the ya being a tied pair. i.e. the
rhythm is
3 3 3 3 3 3

Not sure about this one but your repeated quaver crotchet quaver in
the first bar sounds mighty odd to my ear. I think I get the same
rhythm for this one as for `have a banana' but that's probably only by
association. Just wait until we get to the Emily Dickinson and start
singing it to the tune of `The Yellow Rose of Texas' (all her poems
fit - no really).
