Hi,

I sent a message to the list last week regarding the Mason & 
Dixon Home Page sponsored by the publisher, Henry Holt. Well, 
I'm pleased to announce that it is now up at:

Also, Publishers Weekly has given M&D an outstanding review 
which has been posted on the site. Go see it!

The other information is limited at this point by design - the 
intention is not to release too much prior to publication. 

Some other points:

- This Home Page will contain "Official" information on 
Mason & Dixon directly from the publisher Henry Holt and Co.

- No, Thomas Pynchon will not be signing copies of his book 
anywhere. There will be readings and events in bookstores 
around the country and they will be posted on the site.

- I know that some of you have read the "draft" of the press 
release. The final press release will be available on the Web 
site April 15th.

- There is a press sign-up page which is for occasional e-mail 
updates about the site. If you check the site regularly, 
there's little need to be on the mailing list, since you will 
see the new reviews and events on the site. The list will be 
maintained by the publisher, Henry Holt.

If you have any questions, please respond to me directly, 
although I'm currently traveling and may not respond quickly.
