TRP TLS to Richard Farina about BEEN DOWN SO LONG

As much as I find the contents of the letter fascinating, I wonder if the 
letter itself, written to Farina would be better off back in Pynch's 
hand.  I know publication of letters is kinda the thing to do 
particularly today, but think I'd rather read the Wanda letters (which 
even if not written by Pynch, are still pretty darn funny)
