M&D facsimle

Somebody just posted this address to me.  I went there found a blow-up facsimile of a 
letter from Mason & Dixon.  Check it out.  Anybody know what this site is?  All I got was 
the address, no message.  Looks like State of Maryland archives, but there's no other info 
at the site.
