As far as i know, the going market rate for stained M&D galleys is: $100 for
a copy with ordinary run-of-the-mill stains (like yours), $150 for a copy
with "special" stains (gun powder and/or good weed) and $50 for a copy with
substandard stains (decaf, green tea, and/or silly putty). A M&D galley whose
upper right hand over has been gently chewed by a cat is worth at least $200.
