Bingo! The musicians "signed it away." As far as I know, none of us 
have signed anything, so we can reproduce our own words to our 
heart's content. We keep that right. Messages on the net appear to me 
to be "freeware," i.e. anybody can do anything they want to with 
them (even sell them, unless expressly forbidden by the writer), 
INCLUDING THE WRITER!

It's very paranoid, even for the p-list, to believe that accepting a 
free copy op lineland is an implied, subverbal, unconcious, unwritten 
contract!
