Request for help

I'm changing ISPs real soon but have misplaced instructions for 
subscribing/unsubscribing to pynchon-l.  Besides, the list is propagated 
from a different ISP than when I first began subscribing.  I've noticed a 
few different formats for subscription requests on the several lists I 
receive, so really don't know exactly how to do it.  Could someone kindly 
send me the instructions at littlcat at netcom.com or davidj at cyberspace.com?
