Duplicate Message Hell

Hello foax,

I've tried to fix the duplication problems by removing the (apparently)
offending address from the list and have also notified the sysadmin for
waste. If you see this message more than once, then obviously the fix
didn't work. Please be patient while we work this out.

the duplicates - just send me a message if you think it's necessary (and
include all the headers).
