Okay, the listserver is seriously messed up.

I have received at least 3 copies (maybe more) of a number of messages.
I'm enjoying this list, but may have to leave if the volume of repeats
is not cut down.

Who exactly runs waste.org?  (I realize the existential ironies of asking
that question here.  :) )
