FUNKY CAPITaLIZATION iN m&D

There was some discussion of the noun capitalization back in May, wasn't there? And
no conclusions at that time. Highly unlikely that Pynchon has capitalized them at
random, although it remains to be seen if you could string them all together to make
another novel, or find the KEY...
