M&D Final Chapter

Having *finally* finished M&D I have to say the final chapter was very
telling what with the quote from _The Pennsylvaniad_ that relates to
various recent threads here on the P-list, and other great passages, not
the least of which is the very funny scene where Dixon's "ever seeking to
feel something he'd hitherto not felt" leads to his sampling of Franklin's
Electrickal Shock machine and to P.'s excuse to introduce through Franklin
the only great cultural icons that hadn't yet had a cameo--nyuk nyuk nyuk.
