If 

bs = starting page number of Bantam,
vs = starting page number of Viking,
bl = last page number of Bantam,
vl = last pase number of Viking, 
v = arbitrary page number of Viking
b = corresponding (approximate) page number of Bantam,
then

b - bs = (v - vs)(bl - bs)/(vl - vs)

Simply plug in the page numbers and solve for b or v depending on which way
you want to go. The above assumes a linear relationship between the two 
texts. If one has pictures or extra blank pages, the relationship is no 
longer linear and will not be as accurate.
