        Yes.  I recall searching my house at age five, certain that I would
find a secret panel somewhere.  I never did.  And like Joe, I moved on to
Hardy Boys, and also to Tom Swift, Rick Brant, Chris Cool, Alfred Hitchcock
& the Three Investigators . . . and thence to V.  I never gave these old
series books a thought until my own sons hit five, and now they clamour for
them too.  Maybe they'll follow my trajectory and wind up in Vineland....
