And what's WRONG with being paranoid?
Only other explanation is no one saw the story-value. (until now)
That Hitler HIMSELF was in communication with the BEYOND probably
wouldn't have surprised a lot of people at the time. The info might even
have been anticlimactic. Hitler lived in a world of fantasy to escape the
poverty and failure especially of his early career. Even says so in my
Encyclopaedia Britannica. He almost admitted as much himself at times,
as in that quote I came up with yesterday. The voices he was widely
assumed to be hearing HAD to come from somewhere.
The pop culture of the time presented H as a loony. Spike
Jones and Charlie Chaplin, for example. (Come to think, pop
culture today presents ALL our fuhrers as loonies. Is there some
kind of conspirary to fill high positions with maniacs???)
That OTHER, high-placed, more advantaged, supporters were ALSO
on this wave length IS interesting. Strangely, my encyclopedia is silent
on Lanz and Eckart. Thurm and Taxis get good mention of course.
What are some other names I might look up in my Funk and Waggonals?
This is an interesting thread.
