Sounds like _The Splendid Blond Beast_ by Christopher Simpson. Here is a
list of books dealing with the issue:

Simpson, Christopher: "The Splendid Blond Beast: money, law, and
genocide in the twentieth century" (Grove Press, 1993) (chronicle of
   multinational corporate complicity in genocide)

Simpson, Christopher: "Blowback" (recruitment of Nazis for the cold war)

Loftus, John and Aarons, Mark: "Secret War Against the Jews: how western
espionage betrayed the jewish people" (St. Martin's Press, c1994)
(history of the multinational cartels including IG Farben, Seimens,
Daimler-Benz, GE, Shell, BMW, Kontinental Oil, and on and on in the
   nazi period)

Higham, Charles: "Trading With the Enemy: An Expose of the Nazi-American
   Money Plot 1933-1949"

PS: Second the plug for Pacifica!
