I was channel-hopping the other night and lighted on C-SPAN2, where a noted
prof. was discussing the life of Franklin.  He noted that Franklin was
involved in the land acquisition plots of W. Penn's son, which involved
(natch) theft from the Delaware Indians and helped to foment the start
of the French and Indian War.

None of this, of course, is in any of Franklin's own autobio., etc. and
it required more than a bit of digging, according to the prof.

Wonder if it will make it into M&D?
