Sure. Any comic could do it, no matter the race. That routine makes 
fun of a president who grew up using the word "nigger" trying to 
learn the word of the day that his handlers are insisting on. 
Doesn't stereotype a race, does it? Unlike:

Well, gotta go get some MD (no, not Mason and Dixon: Mad Dog, the 
Doktah!) 'n pick up my kid, so I be cool widdis if you be coo 
widdit. Chill, bro!

Doesn't matter the race of who says the above - it's racist. Again, 
Not the end of the world, but still racism. I'll admit to a little if 
anyone else will; otherwise, I've never used dialect mimicry in a 
negative (racist) fashion. Ever. I'll deny it. If I did use dialect 
mimicry, "I was only joking!" What are you being so sensitive about? 
Ya know, that the problem with your kind...
