M&D rewrite

My friend here at work spoke with her buddy at Holt--he works in 
promotion.  Apparently M&D was slated for release late last year but 
Pynch was constantly adding, revising, changing things around.  Drove the 
editors bonkers according to the dude at Holt.  Still no release date 
either.  Very strange as they in Penny Lane.
Anyway else literally have M&D in their dreams.  The book has showed up 
once or twice in a couple of mine, the important note being that I could 
never see the contents, only the cover and backjacket which had a photo 
of the man himself with long hair brushed in front of his face as if you 
were seeing him from behind...
