I can't believe the turn this list has taken the last few weeks.  I had
always felt good that p-list posters were pretty much above petty sniping
and all-out flamefests (well actually I guess there have been a couple of
knockdown dragouts before).  Lately the list has begun to sound like any
ole newsgroup frequented by juvenile Randite character-assassins.  The
weather hasn't been bad enough for cabin fever to be the explanation,
maybe it's impatience about the upcoming Major Literary Event.  Maybe you
all could try strenuous exercise, it's a good way to work off anxiety.
