Moby-Dick, finally.

Just finished GR for the fourth time a few weeks ago (started with the
Group Read, but I couldn't hold myself back), first time with
Weisenburger's help.

I paused in the middle of The Pope's Rhinoceros for GR and haven't
picked it up again, not a great sign. I'll try to get back to it.

Hey, has anyone started The Discovery of Heaven, by Harry Mulisch? It
just came out in English, got a great review by John Updike in the New
Yorker, and one of those great-but-flawed reviews in the NYT Book
Review. It seems right up our alley.

Mostly, I'm just waiting for the imminent release of that long-awaited
voluminous work by the master*.

* Of course, I am referring to the second edition of Bertrand Meyer's
Object-Oriented Software Construction, due in February. Oh, and Mason
& Dixon.
