Email and JR

David,

The nature of email, particularly lists, does not enable people to 
always be aware of mail that has been sent subsequent to the message 
to which they are responding. Learn something new every day, doncha?

As to being on vacation, far be it from me to imply that you must 
have been on vacation for months to miss the periodic references to 
Gaddis and JR.
