A Taxing Matter

Richard Romeo's hallucinatory excursions have apparently given him the
insights of a sage when it comes to IRS matters.  What other reason for his
mastery of the subject as evidenced by his posts on this list and now a
letter to The New York Press, where he addresses a recent Alexander
Cockburn article?  AC himself responded with the respect due a true master:
 "That is a reasonable argument...."

Congrats, Rich.  Maybe all IRS agents and tax advisors should subscribe to
your regimen.  

Now all you have to do is kick that New York Press habit....
