A Taxing Matter

Thanks for the plug, dave.  Someone should write a novel about the IRS.  
You know what their definition of a private foundation is:  you have a 
group of a million nonprofits, there are a number of criteria each 
nonprofit must be judged by, some classified initially, others towards 
the bottom, where all the groups who cannot be properly defined are 
defined as "private foundations".  I'd like to someday compare the 
Kabbalah with the IRS Tax Code.  That would be some book...
