(sending Jules response to my email that I originally failed to send to the
p-list, too).

Sure. The lapse is usually temporary. You lose the thread because you go off
on a set of tangents. Also, if the material is just mnot there, you would
not be able to access it at all. I write about what I remember, not waht I
forgot. Just because I might have forgotten some things, such as the exact
shade of color of his eyes, doesn't affect what I do remember.

She didn't successfully challenge it. It's not a long tortured explanation.
It is a sentence by sentence description of what actually happened as
opposed to what she chose to say about it, which I consider post-publication
remorse. If she felt thatw ay, she should have said something when I
originally showed her the article and made her read it line for line. You
notice that she did not choose to continue the argument but went on to other
points.

Fine. I suggest you go do some resaerch and find someone other than Peter
Giordano who will agree that I am a hack and a fraud and a liar. Please
write this all up in the form of a legal brief with depositions and notary
seals. I'm sure you can find someone to publish it and, if not, you can post
it on your website. Meanwhile, go to your room and stop bothering people
with your suspicions. We get the point.
