MDMD (3) "Cape Girl Song"

OK.  I have given up on the Jules thread, having failed to paint any
kind of cogent mental picture of the man and his motives.  I see his
efforts as a sort of listserv version of Ali's rope-a-dope pummeling,
but ultimately for what?  

Now, to occupy my mind with an equally pointless but ultimately relevant
topic, I want to ask you folks if you have managed to put a song to the
lyrics of "Cape Girl", p. 80.  Forgive me if you've already cracked this
one and I missed it.  I am close to it with "Johnny Angel", but no
cigar.  It's driving me crazy in a way that Jules can only begin to do.
