Hi
July 14th's New Yorker has a page on Pynchon in the Talk of the Town
bit (page 31): "Thomas Pynchon finally loses game of hide-and-seek".

It's about a photograph (the photograph already discussed to death?)
which shows Pynchon as a "large man with glasses and a silvery
moustache." And then goes on to speak of Holt's outrage at the
publication of the photo. And then goes on to say that Holt's letter
oddly/strangely/bizarrely (words scattered thru article) tries to
"quash what is plainly an act of free speech."

Not to open the old can of worms or beans...just
providing a piece of pynchon paraphernalia.
 Dana
