M&D being remaindered already?

My snail-mail had a copy of the "Edward R. Hamilton Bookseller" catalog
yesterday and as I was browsing it I saw M&D listed in it, at a cost of
$19.95.

This catalog is essentially a clearinghouse for publisher overstocks and
remaindered books. It usually contains a lot of crap and very seldom do
I find anything in it of any real value, even at their discounted prices.

Did Henry Holt ove-restimate the potential of M&D?
