And now, dear listers: A little while ago there was a thread on Rick 
Moody's review of M&D. In the Utne Cafe, literature 87.22 I found a 
forwarded article by Moody called "Thomas Pynchon's powerfully symbolic 
language gets us beneath the rhetoric of our pretensions". It deals a 
lot with M&D but also gives an overview of the entire oeuvre. So my 
question is: is this same same a s the one under discussion a while ago? 
If someone cares to check the posting in the Utne Cafe?
