Vaska -

Sounds like you gave permission. Sounds like Charles said that he 
posted to the list by mistake. Of course, your use of the word 
"claims" suggests that you don't believe him (btw, it generally is 
kinda difficult to forward a message by accident, unless you're 
Rosemary Woods), but in any case you say you gave him permission to do 
so. When you posted your correspondence with Andrew, you said right 
up front that it was without permission.

I've had a little sidebar with Charles, just in order to not overload 
the list with a more noise. Interesting little contre temps, but 
neither of us have copied those messages to the list. 

It's really pretty simple. Don't publish private messages unless 
there is an overwhelming need.
