Chess has all sorts of great punctuation - "!?" and "?!" have very
specific meanings. There are also lots of symbols that originated in
the Informants, collections of annotated games that are published
internationally and so use only symbols rather than language in the
annotations. For example, a hollow square means "the only non-losing
move," some symbol (a triangle I think) means "with the intention of,"
etc.
