A few easy ones (I think!).

I don't know about Manichean--but I think the Coal-Mining reference is to
digging down to the devil's realm, so to speak.
> 51.28 `Queue-Tie' ???
I think a reference to a tie around his pigtail, or queue.
> 54.23 `Hey t'en, Pat' ??? t'en???
I suppose a form of "then" but if your question is what dialect, I've got
no clue.
> 58.21 `V.O.C.' = ???
Someone earlier deduced this as initials for the Dutch name of the Dutch
East India Co.
> 60.17 `Jethro's tent' ???
I'd guess a bible reference--isn't there a Jethro? Or Beverly
Hillbillies, one or the other
> 63.10 `Rattle-Watch' ??
I'd guess a guard who rattles doorknobs.
