then be well advised to post such a warning, since good-faith efforts to
deter minors from accessing indecent materials is a defense under the CDA.

Since yesterday I sort of half seriously suggested such a label, I should clarify that I was thinking not so much of a legal cover (not being a lawyer, heh, heh) but rather a strategy to frustrate possible attempts by agents provacateurs to pose as minors on the p-list. (Wasn't trying to keep anybody out either, but that's another thread.)
