Good point, EMily. I would only add that no one knows if entrapment is a
defense to CDA violations. You won't study this in law school, but in "The
Devil's Dictionary," Ambrose Bierce defined "lawful" as meaning "consistent
with the will of a magistrate having jurisdiction." (I'm quoting from
memory, so sue if if that's not exactly it.)
