I think that if some kid from BFE, USA joins the list and tells 
everyone they're only 11, we would perhaps then liable under anything 
remotely resembling the CDA. 

As it was, I don't recall seeing any of the seven words during young 
Andrew's tenure, which is a wonderful example of the "chilling 
effect" that occurs when people censor themselves because they don't 
know how far they can go.
