getting M&D Overseas

Speaking for Australia, or melbourne at the very least, there seems to be no
way to get it for a while...I know a few people who are sweating it out as
they wait for their orders to come through to the remote island-continent.
Luckily, my girlfriend's Seattlite mum is sending me a birthday copy...score!

Q. I realize the Pynchon family sprawls back a few hundred years in the
