Lichtman's kicked off with a 20% discount; and Jamie, the store manager,
told me the book's been selling nicely so far.  "He's got quite a
following," said Jamie a little incredulously when I picked up my copy...
BTW, Lichtman's had a bit of a problem from the distributor side: they were
supposed to get the novel on the 15th; it arrived on the 30th, at 2 pm.
