Hi Thomas.  I got the quote, which is from "On Truth and Lies In a Nonmoral
Sense" from a ridiculously expensive book called _The Rhetorical Tradition:
Readings from Classical Times to the Present_ by Bizzell and Herzberg.  "On
Truth . . ." is actually from _Philosophy and Truth: Selections from
Nietzsche's Notebooks of the Early 1870s_ (1979).  Hope this helps.
