>Hi Thomas. I got the quote, which is from "On Truth and Lies In a Nonmoral
>Sense" from a ridiculously expensive book called _The Rhetorical Tradition:
>Readings from Classical Times to the Present_ by Bizzell and Herzberg. "On
>Truth . . ." is actually from _Philosophy and Truth: Selections from
>Nietzsche's Notebooks of the Early 1870s_ (1979). Hope this helps.
>Just love that Freiddy!!!

The quote can also be located in the much less expensive Viking/Penguin
_Portable Nietzsche_, edited and translated by Walter Kaufmann. WK renders
the title "On Truth and Lies in an Extra-moral Sense". The essay itself is
indeed a fragment from FN's voluminous Nachlass material.
