The Diamond Age is remaindered at Barnes and Noble as we speak.  I think
the price is $5.95 for the hard cover.

I agree it's a fascinating vision of the not-so-distant future with the
evolved book of the day (around 2060 as I recall) at its center.  Not
only does the information in this book update itself to suit the
reader's needs, it has a cognitive awareness of, and bonds with, its
particular reader.  These books know what you need from them even if you
don't!
