****also, this is my first post so be gentle*************
I've been bouncing back and forth between e-mail and
M&D this evening and have been following with interest the
discussion on paranoia...well, what do my wandering eyes spy
on page 246 of M&D? Good ol' TP taking another poke at Us
V. Them and his own fictional preoccupations as well...
..."Miss Tenebrae, perplex'd, puts down her Embroidery. 'This
case, Uncle, languish'd in court for eighty years...suddenly
ev'ryone agrees there shall be a Survey in America. Aren't you
at least suspicious?'
'You dark Girl. Must all be Enigmata?' "
